Wind energy provides a clean, sustainable solution to our energy problems. It can be used as an alternative to fossil fuels in generating electricity, without the direct emission of greenhouse gases. There will always be wind; it is inexhaustible and renewable. For hundreds of years wind was a key to our global travel, wouldn’t it be great if we could sail places instead of driving. Why not explore this idea more by making your very own Land Boat! Suitable for all ages but some adult supervision may be required for junior primary students.
