Limerick School Project SeaKeepers explore the rocky shore at Lahinch!

1st class at Limerick School Project were the lucky winners of this year’s SeaKeepers Project and Green-Schools Marine team were delighted to welcome them to Lahinch beach in Co. Clare last week for their prize of a free SeaKeepers Beach Exploration Workshop!

Twenty-four girls and boys took part in rocky seashore exploration, a marine litter relay race, a sandcastle competition, seaweed tasting and lots more fun and games! Not to mention, some delicious 99’s in the sunshine, to finish off the day 😊 A huge well done to Limerick School Project, and all the schools who took part in the SeaKeepers Project this year.
