GC Marine Screening of Ocean

Five secondary school groups joined us at the Light House Cinema in Dublin this week for an exclusive screening of “Ocean”, where we learned about the impact of human activities on the marine environment.

We had a fantastic discussion after the film lead by Liane Costello, from Clean Coasts and Sarah Hegarty form Green Schools and Banner Gleo, who shared their insights into ways that we can advocate for and protect the ocean and sealife.

We had great questions and comments from the students in the audience, and several of them received a copy of the book version of the film for their engagement.
