We’re delighted to collaborate with Dream Space Live for Science Week! We invite pupils to explore the fascinating journey of water, discover why clean water is so important and investigate how our everyday actions can affect the environment. Join us for a 90 minute webinar on Friday, November 13th from 10.30am-12pm where you will get to take part in fun challenges, classroom discussions and problem-solving activities.
Explore how water moves through our world, investigate the effects of water waste and pollution and discover practical ways we can all help conserve and protect our water resources.
Working in pairs, pupils will use Microsoft MakeCode Arcade to plan, code and test their own simple interactive game inspired by what they’ve learned. With colourful characters, simple controls and beginner-friendly coding, pupils will bring their ideas to life while exploring how games can encourage positive environmental action. No previous coding experience or specialist equipment is needed, just one internet-connected device between two pupils.
