The Green-Schools Food and Biodiversity Team is delighted to invite you to a week-long Harvest celebration, taking place from Monday 13rd June to Friday 17th June. We have an exciting line-up of talks, workshops, discussions, and cook-alongs, taking place. Scroll down to access resources for all age groups, and activities.
This week we want to hear from you and see how your school got on growing your own vegetables. We recently announced some fun competitions, which you can still enter! The categories are:
- The Wonkiest Vegetable
- The Most Peas in a Pod, and
- Best kept Food & Biodiversity Garden
Entries can be sent in the form of emailed photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org and/or via tags on social media using: @GreenSchoolsIre and #wonkyveg. Winners will be announced during the week.
