Your notice board is, of course, the most important way of communicating what you want to achieve in the school and to keep everyone up-to-date.
You can also display information on Fair Trade products and other eco labels with an explanation about what they mean. Try and keep up-to-date with what is happening in the EU and display this too.
Additionally, you could find out if any new Treaties, Directives and/or Regulations have been implemented and how they affect us. You can also supply contact information about your local MEP’s, and of course any correspondence you have received from them.
Why not participate in Europe Day on the 9th of May every year? Find out if there are any events planned in your local area? If not can you organise an event? Maybe a parade with pupils of the school wearing their national costumes?
Publish your statistics on the nationalities in your school in the local news letters/papers. Maybe you could even write an article about all the different cultures represented in your town or village!
